I’m Alfa Sengupta, and I’m a completely self-taught designer specializing in illustrations, branding projects, and surface pattern design based out of Austin, Texas.
Beyond the pixels and vectors, what fuels my passion for graphic design is the opportunity to connect with people. Every project is an opportunity to form a connection, to understand the unique goals and aspirations of my clients, and to help them achieve their objectives through the power of design.
My Approach
Collaboration is at the heart of my creative process. I love working closely with clients to understand their vision, values, and goals, then translating those ideas into thoughtful illustrations, expressive lettering, and intentional brand packaging.
Every project begins the same way—pencil to paper—where ideas are sketched, explored, and allowed to evolve organically. From there, I bring the work into the digital space, refining each detail while preserving the warmth and character of the original hand-drawn marks. The result is artwork that feels both polished and personal—bespoke creations rooted in creativity and shaped through collaboration.
